Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Be able to comply with the experimental scheme and voluntarily sign an informed consent form and promise regular follow-up ( 2 ) Complete data can be obtained through EMR and MMC system ( such as inflammation index, renal function index, etc. ) ( 3 ) For T2DM patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes in Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes ( 2024 Edition ), the diagnostic criteria are: they meet the typical symptoms of diabetes and meet any of the following conditions: random blood sugar level >= 11.1 mmol/L; Fasting blood glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L after water fasting for at least 8 hours; OGTT 2h blood glucose level >= 11.1 mmol/L; HbA1c venous plasma >= 6.5 % ( Note: those without typical symptoms of diabetes need to be reexamined another day for confirmation, and the reexamination index does not include random blood sugar )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Acute complications of type 2 diabetic nephropathy ( such as hyperosmotic hyperglycemia syndrome, ketoacidosis, etc. ) ( 2 ) Exclude other types of diabetes mellitus other than T2DM ( e.g. T1MD, pregnancy complicated with diabetes ) ( 3 ) Combined with other kidney diseases ( such as glomerulonephritis, etc. ) ( 4 ) Patients with diseases affecting inflammatory indicators such as acute infection, immune diseases causing kidney injury and malignant tumors ( 5 ) Patients who have entered the end stage of DKD ( 6 ) Women during pregnancy, lactation or planned pregnancy within 3 years ( 7 ) Patients with long-term or recent use of renal toxic drugs ( 8 ) Missing data or unable to follow the visitor
