Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU; 2.Age>=18 years old; 3.Hemodynamics and respiratory function were stable (mechanical ventilation >24h); 4. No severe visual or hearing impairment; 5.be conscious and cooperate with research; 6.Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.GCS score =48h; 6.For diseases that cannot be improved, the mortality rate within 6 months is expected to be>=50%; 7.Hemodynamically unstable patients with severe heart failure, need to use intravenous pressors or uncontrolled hypertension; 8.Pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis and other patients who need to stop, patients with blood system diseases; 9.Patients with injuries such as limb mutilation, vertebral fractures or unstable multiple fractures.
