18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ACL Reconstruction Athlete Group 1. Age 18-35 years old, Tegner sports level score >= 7 points; 2. >= 6 months after unilateral ACL reconstruction surgery, and meeting the RTS clinical standards (quadriceps strength symmetry >= 85%, IKDC score >= 90, single-leg hop symmetry >= 85%); 3. No history of cognitive impairment, cardiovascular disease or other lower extremity injuries. Healthy control group 1. Matched one-to-one with the ACL-reconstructed athletes in terms of gender, age, sport type, and sport level; 2. No history of ACL injury or other lower extremity surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral ACL injury or multiple ligament reconstruction; 2. Other lower limb injuries occur within one year after surgery; 3. Pregnant or unable to cooperate with the tests.
