Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary Aspergillosis Group: Chest imaging or bronchoscopy suggests the presence of pulmonary and/or tracheobronchial infection, with histopathology, metagenomic sequencing, or microscopy smear indicating 2.Aspergillus infection Simple Pulmonary Nodule Group: Chest imaging indicates the presence of pulmonary nodules (less than 1 cm in diameter).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis Group: 1.Those with contraindications for bronchoscopy; 2.Those who refuse bronchoscopy; 3.Those who refuse to participate in this study. Simple Pulmonary Nodule Group: 1.Those with contraindications for bronchoscopy; 2.Those who refuse bronchoscopy; 3.Those who refuse to participate in this study; 4.Those diagnosed with lung malignancy, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, COPD, pulmonary embolism, bronchiectasis with infection, or other respiratory diseases; 5.Those who have had a pulmonary infection or other systemic infections within the past month.
