Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18 to 70; 2. Patients showing ventricular ectopic rhythm (VE) or ventricular tachycardia (VT) patterns on ECG; 3. Ventricular ectopic rhythm accompanied by underlying structural heart disease; 4. Patients with LBBB left ventricular pacing, RV pacing, or biventricular (Biv) pacing devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor acoustic windows or a BMI >= 30; 2. Patients with an EF < 25%; 3. Patients with large areas of cardiac scar tissue; 4. Patients in whom the target ventricular arrhythmia cannot be induced through programmed electrical stimulation (such as intracardiac or trans-thoracic pacing).
