Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with POAG and high myopia at the Glaucoma Specialty Clinic of Hangzhou Campus, Wenzhou Medical University Affiliated Eye Hospital, from January 2023 to January 2025; 2. Diagnosed with POAG and high myopia based on medical history and ophthalmic examinations; 3. Able to attend regular follow-ups and complete all examination items.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other types of glaucoma (angle-closure/neovascular/secondary/congenital); 2. History of ocular trauma; 3. Poor quality OCT images (signal strength 15% or fixation loss rate >20%).
