18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. Presence of mechanical neck pain (worsens with movement, relieved by rest) lasting >=2 weeks; 3. Limited cervical range of motion (flexion/extension or lateral bending restricted >=20%); 4. Ability to complete assessments and follow-up (Mini-Mental State Examination [MMSE] score >=24).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease, liver or kidney failure, or malignant tumors; 2. Rheumatoid arthritis or fractures; 3. History of cervical spine surgery or spinal stenosis; 4. Contraindications to traction (such as vertebral artery insufficiency); 5. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
