Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathology confirmed as papillary thyroid carcinoma or nodular goiter. 2. Normal thyroid function. 3. No significant dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, or lungs. 4. Signed informed consent form has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of neck radiotherapy prior to enrollment. 2. Patients who underwent radionuclide imaging within 8 weeks before surgery. 3. Patients who received iodine-containing contrast agents within 8 weeks before surgery. 4. Patients who took thyroid hormones within 4 weeks before surgery. 5. Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction.
