Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Possess reading and verbal communication abilities to enable effective communication with investigators; 3. Capable of independent activities of daily living; 4. Informed about the study and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with major diseases (such as those affecting vital organs like the heart, liver, or kidneys); 2. Individuals with severe mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, etc.); 3. Individuals with cognitive impairment.
