Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-65 years old, gender not limited; 2.It meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia as stipulated in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia in Adults (2017 Edition)", that is, it has one or more of the following symptoms: difficulty falling asleep (sleep latency > 30 minutes), sleep maintenance disorder (>=2 awakenings throughout the night), early awakening, decreased sleep quality and reduced total sleep time (usually less than 6.5 hours), and these symptoms occur at least three times a week. It lasts for more than three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, endocrine disorders or other major systemic diseases; 2.Known to be allergic to lidocaine or other local anesthetics; 3.Abnormal coagulation function or infection at the puncture site; 4.Consciousness or cognitive impairment; 5.Diagnose other types of sleep disorders, such as sleep-related breathing disorders, hypersomnia, parasomnia, restless legs syndrome, and circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders; 6.Meets the diagnostic criteria for alcohol use disorder or substance use disorder involving the abuse of opioids, stimulants, marijuana and prescription drugs; 7.Four weeks before the treatment, in addition to the prescribed hypnotic drugs, drugs known to significantly affect sleep structure were used.
