Experimental group:Undergo a 2-month online intervention across all modules of the digital platform, including basic functional services, mental health services, and psychological resilience training
Control group:Received a 2-month digital platform online intervention offering only basic functional services and mental health services, without psychological resilience training

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Psychological resilience score at low-to-moderate level (CD-RISC < 70 points); 2. Possess digital literacy and proficiency in operating smartphone applications; 3. Hold a valid nursing license and be registered as an active nurse; 4. Have worked continuously in clinical frontline settings for the past six months; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having life-threatening severe comorbidities; 2. Having suicidal tendencies or severe psychological disorders diagnosed by a psychiatrist; or having a history of psychological trauma due to recent major events. 3. Nurses who are studying further, on maternity leave, sick leave, or personal leave; 4. Participating in other psychological intervention research projects at the same time.
