Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate to severe lower urinary tract symptoms that significantly affect quality of life may opt for surgical treatment, particularly those who have poor response to or refuse pharmacological therapy. 2. Voluntary informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction who are not tolerant of surgery. 2. Patients with coagulation disorders and significant bleeding tendencies (e.g., thrombocytopenic purpura, hemophilia) that cannot be corrected preoperatively to meet surgical requirements. 3. Patients in the acute phase of urinary tract infection, who should undergo surgery only after infection control. 4. Patients with concurrent severe neurological diseases causing bladder dysfunction and inability to cooperate with surgery or postoperative rehabilitation. 5. Suspected or confirmed prostate cancer.
