Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria: (1) Preeclampsia patients aged 18-45 years with ASA grade III (2)scheduled for a cesarean section under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 2. Exclusion criteria: (1)Parturient women with cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction (2)There are severe infections, dehydration, electrolyte disturbances and maternal shock (3)History of allergy to hydroxyethyl starch HES (130/0.4), sodium lactate Ringer's injection or ultrasonic couplants (4)Use of drugs that affect cardiac function, such as beta antagonists, calcium channel blockers, digitalis, etc. (5)Severe brain damage, confusion, respiratory depression (6)Pregnant women who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to enrollment and pregnant women who are participating in other clinical trials (7)Pregnant women who, in the judgment of the physician responsible for the trial, may be at increased risk for the trial or may not have access to adequate trial data
