18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as cervical spinal cord type cervical spondylosis with cervical disc herniation of >= 3 segments causing cervical spinal stenosis; 2. Receive treatment with posterior cervical single door laminoplasty; 3. Age between 18-75 years old; 4. Have complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal infection, tumor or tuberculosis; 2. External injuries; 3. History of cervical spine surgery; 4. Follow up period <24 months; 5. Missing imaging data or lost follow-up.
