40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years; 2. Meets the GOLD 2025 criteria for COPD based on lung function results (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC = 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected survival of less than 12 months; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Concurrent malignant tumors other than lung cancer; 4. Cognitive or psychiatric disorders.
