Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The first molar is missing, with implant surgery completed at our hospital's dental implant center, achieving initial stability>35 N cm; 2.Adjacent teeth show normal morphology, no mobility, absence, or significant inclination; 3.Periodontal tissues are healthy with no loose spaces; 4.No missing molars or occlusal dysfunction; 5.No smoking or other bad habits, maintaining good oral hygiene; 6.Good overall health status meeting implant restoration requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute/chronic temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) syndrome, history of maxillofacial chemotherapy, chronic mucosal inflammation, hyperplasia, or other oral pathologies that may complicate the procedure; 2.Patients with poor local or systemic health conditions unsuitable for or unable to cooperate with implant restoration; 3.Cases with adjacent teeth showing loosening, loss, or significant mesio-distal inclination making occlusal examination impossible; 4.Patients with excessive interdental spaces in posterior teeth or marked periodontal inflammation.
