Colorectal surgery

Interventions

Group1: X0:Only hydromorphone is added to the intravenous analgesic pump
Group2: X1:Different doses of hydromorphone combined with 1 µg/kg dexmedetomidine are added to the intravenous analgesic pump
Group3: X2:Intravenous analgesia pumps are added with different doses of hydromorphone combined with 2µg/kg of dexmedetomidine

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 65 and 85 years old; 2. ASA classification at grade I - III; 3. BMI less than 30 kg/m²; 4. Cardiac function at grade I - III; 5. Obtain the consent of the patient himself/herself and his/her family members and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe congenital heart and respiratory system diseases; 2. Patients with mental illnesses and those with a history of dependence on sedative drugs; 3. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 4. Patients with liver and kidney function impairment; 5. Patients who are allergic or have hypersensitivity reactions to any drugs used in the study; 6. Patients who do not meet the surgical indications; 7. Patients with a history of chronic pain; 8. Patients with coagulation disorders; 9.Patients who cannot correctly understand the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score.
