Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged >= 18 years old; 2.Pathologically confirmed primary breast cancer; 3.Undergoing surgical treatment for breast cancer; 4.Postoperative chemotherapy; 5.Having the ability to read, write, and communicate in Chinese; 6.Willing to participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other malignant tumors or tumor history; 2. Having severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal diseases; 3. Presence of cognitive impairment, psychiatric illness, or prior psychological treatment; 4. Participation in a similar study within the past 30 days.
