40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40–80 years; 2. Diagnosed via CT or MRI as a first-time unilateral ischaemic or haemorrhagic stroke; 3. Disease stage: acute or subacute phase; 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score =26; 5. Presenting with varying degrees of unilateral upper limb motor impairment; 6. Signed informed consent for the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases involving bilateral cerebral hemispheres, brainstem, or cerebellar stroke; 2. Presence of pacemakers or intracranial metallic implants. 3. Individuals with psychiatric disorders or a history thereof; 4. Those with multiple organ injuries; 5. Patients experiencing post-stroke depression; 6. Individuals with a history of epilepsy, neurosurgical procedures, or traumatic brain injury; 7. Subjects with poor compliance who are unable to complete the trial.
