Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pharmacists: 1. Hold a nationally recognized practicing credential in pharmacy and work full-time in clinical pharmacy within a hospital pharmacy department or related unit (e.g., participating in clinical ward rounds, medication order review, patient medication education, etc.). 2. Have worked in clinical pharmacy for at least one year and possess some experience in managing medications for osteoporotic fractures. 3. participated in the medication management or related clinical pharmacy services for osteoporotic fracture patients within the past year. 4. Be willing to participate in this survey and provide signed informed consent. Clinical Physicians: 1. Physician with a junior title or above. 2. Have experience in treating osteoporotic fracture patients, with a caseload of at least two patients per month. 3. From departments of Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, or Geriatrics. 4. Be willing to participate in this survey and provide signed informed consent. Patients: 1. Aged 18 years or older, and able to comprehend and cooperate to complete the survey. 2. Have a clinical diagnosis of osteoporotic fracture, meeting the relevant diagnostic criteria outlined in the Clinical Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Osteoporotic Fractures (2022). 3. Be currently receiving or have previously received pharmacological treatment for osteoporotic fracture (e.g., bisphosphonates, denosumab, calcitonin, etc.) for a duration of =6 months. 4. Be willing to participate in this survey and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pharmacists: 1. Pharmacy department staff primarily engaged in non-clinical pharmaceutical work (e.g., drug procurement, inventory management, etc.). 2. Personnel not working full-time in the pharmacy department. 3. unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire or with whom communication is difficult. Clinical Physicians: 1. Those who have not participated in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with osteoporotic fractures. 2. Those without a relevant professional background in orthopedics, rheumatology, or endocrinology. 3. Unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire or with whom communication is difficult. Patients: 1. With severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to complete the questionnaire independently. 2. Suffering from organic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular, cerebral, hepatic, renal) that have previously required hospitalization or are planned for hospitalization, which may affect questionnaire responses. 3. Initiation of pharmacological treatment for osteoporotic fractures for less than 6 months, or only for temporary use. 4. Having undergone surgery within the past 3 months or having planned surgery. 5. Unable to provide complete medical history or medication information, or refusal to cooperate with the survey. 6. Concurrent participation in interventional studies that may influence the results of this research.
