Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 65 years old 2. First-time recipient of single organ (heart/lung) transplantation surgery 3. Post-surgery transferred to ICU for monitoring for at least 72 hours 4. Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recipients of multi-organ combined transplantation 2. Preoperative presence of severe neurological disorders 3. Postoperative occurrence of irreversible graft dysfunction 4. Comorbid with advanced malignant tumors or other end-stage diseases
