Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Novice anesthesia residents and fellows newly recruited by our hospital were invited. 2.Those without previous formal PAC training experience were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants whose PAC pre-test scores significantly deviated from the group were excluded from the study.
