Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age over 18 years old; (2) Diagnosed with sepsis (diagnosis conforms to the SEPSIS 3.0 criteria); (3) Complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome (diagnosis conforms to the Berlin definition based on PaO2/FiO2 <= 300 mmHg); (4) Written consent to participate in this study and consent to provide samples for metabolomics testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age > 80 years; (2) Has a history of chronic heart disease, liver and kidney diseases; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Has severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system disorders; (5) Has immunodeficiency, uses immunosuppressants after organ transplantation, or has autoimmune diseases; (6) Has a tumor or has received chemotherapy within the last month; (7) Has drug-induced pneumonia; (8) The patient or the patient's family refuses to participate in the study; (9) Lost to follow-up during the follow-up period.
