High-frequency short sets:(6 times/day, 4 minutes/time): Choose 6 time slots each day to complete 4 minutes of Tabata exercise, that is, each session consists of (20 seconds of exercise + 10 seconds o
Low-frequency long-session set:(3 times/day, 8 minutes each): Choose three time points each day to complete 8 minutes of Tabata exercise, that is, each session consists of (20 seconds of exercise + 10
Intensive training group:(Complete 6 rounds within 1 hour × 4 minutes): Each day, choose one time period to complete 6 rounds of 4-minute Tabata exercises, that is, complete them in one go (4 minutes
Blank control group:Conduct health education (30 minutes per session, content: CVD medication adherence, low-fat diet, routine management)
no structured exercise, only monitoring daily activity through a fitness tracker.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. BMI (>=28 kg/m^2); 3. Diagnosis of CVD (hypertension / coronary heart disease); 4. Cardiac function (NYHA class I~II); 5. Agree to participate in this study, accept and follow the intervention plan, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure; 2. Exercise contraindications; 3. Use of weight-loss drugs in the past 3 months; 4. Fractures in the past 3 months; 5. Severe mental illness or neurocognitive disorders, such as major depression, dementia, Parkinson's disease, etc.; 6. Regular exercise before enrollment.
