Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 0-14 who were diagnosed with allergic diseases or suspected allergic diseases and had both tIgE and sIgE tests in Shanghaixiang Central Hospital from 2018 to 2025.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pediatric patients whose age does not match; 2. Exclude special infections, clinical diagnosis of recent viral infection (such as EB virus, cytomegalovirus) or parasitic infection.Because infection can alter the immune status and lead to false positive or false negative allergic reactions.
