Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. 13C-UBT and gastroscopy were performed at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in a state of diarrhea and/or constipation; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate and/or have incomplete clinical information; 3. Repeat patients; 4. Children and adolescents aged less than 18 years; 5. patients after gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Severe gastrointestinal complications, such as pyloric obstruction and active bleeding under endoscopy; 7. Complicated with other serious gastrointestinal diseases, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, etc. 8. Patients with other serious liver and kidney diseases, serious heart and lung diseases, advanced tumors, hematological and hematopoietic system diseases, or serious or progressive diseases of other systems; 9. Patients with comorbid mental disorders who are unable to cooperate; 10. Pregnant or lactating women or those who plan to have children in the near future (within 1 year); 11. Previous allergic reactions or drug contraindications to study drugs; 12. Patients who were deemed unfit to participate in the study by other investigators.
