Primary

MeasureTime frame
Helicobacter pylori eradication success rate;Clarithromycin resistance rate;Quinolone resistance rates;Results of noninvasive molecular detection of Helicobacter pylori in patients with cut-off value of 13C breath test;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
H. pylori gene sequencing results in fecal samples;The relationship between previous H. pylori infection history, eradication history, infection history of family members and drug resistance mutations was analyzed;To investigate the correlation between the Ct value of PCR and the DOB value of 13C-UBT in the detection of H. pylori in stool samples;The H.plyori heteroresistance within the same patient;Helicobacter pylori susceptibility test results from gastric mucosa culture;
