Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the depressive disorder group: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders in DSM-5 are diagnosed by two practicing psychiatrists, one of whom is the attending physician and the other is an associate chief physician or chief physician. Aged between 18 and 65; The total score of HAMD-24 at the baseline for enrollment was >=20 points; The patient voluntarily accepted the test and signed the informed consent form for the research and the privacy protection agreement. Have the ability to read and write to complete questionnaires and psychological assessments. Inclusion criteria for the anxiety disorder group: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorders in DSM-5 are diagnosed by two practicing psychiatrists, one of whom is the attending physician and the other is an associate chief physician or chief physician. Aged between 18 and 65; The total HAMA score at the baseline for enrollment was =14 points. The patient voluntarily accepted the test and signed the informed consent form for the research and the privacy protection agreement. Have the ability to read and write to complete questionnaires and psychological assessments. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: Age ranging from 18 to 65 years old; The total score of HAMD-24 at the baseline for enrollment was less than 7 points; The total HAMA score at the baseline for enrollment was less than 7 points. The patient voluntarily accepted the test and signed the informed consent form for the research and the privacy protection agreement. Have the ability to read and write to complete questionnaires and psychological assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the case group: Other mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5, including organic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, etc. Patients with a history of severe neurological diseases (including epileptic seizures, brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, degenerative diseases such as acute lateral sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, etc.); Currently suffering from serious and unstable physical diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid diseases, hypertension, heart disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, etc. Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: Patients with a history of severe neurological diseases (including epileptic seizures, brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, degenerative diseases such as acute lateral sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and movement disorders, etc.); Currently suffering from serious and unstable physical diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid diseases, hypertension, heart disease, narrow-angle glaucoma, etc.
