Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria (1) The patient is under 18 years old; (2) Body temperature = 37.3? for more than one day; (3) Accompanied by generalized or local skin or mucous membrane rashes, including but not limited to macules, papules, maculopapular rashes, herpes, roseola, erythema, purpura and urticaria of any type of rash. (4) Fever and rash occur simultaneously or the rash appears within 24 to 48 hours after the fever, and the time from the first symptom to the time of seeking medical attention does not exceed 2 weeks. 1.Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria 2. The patient or their legal guardian signs the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Rule out rashes caused by known non-infectious reasons, such as drug allergies, food allergies or other confirmed diseases like autoimmune diseases. 2. Patients for whom clinical samples cannot be collected (such as those without rash or fever);
