40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COPD Case Group Inclusion Criteria: (1) Aged 40-80 years, regardless of gender. (2) Meets the GOLD 2025 diagnostic criteria for COPD (post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC =300/µL, non-eosinophilic phenotype 0.7, FEV1% predicted >80%). (3) No history of chronic respiratory diseases or recent respiratory infections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. COPD Case Group Exclusion Criteria: (1) Co-existing bronchial asthma, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, or other major respiratory system diseases. (2) Use of antibiotics or systemic corticosteroids within the past month. (3) Presence of cognitive impairment, mental disorders, or restricted limb mobility that would prevent cooperation with device usage. (4) Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Healthy Control Group Exclusion Criteria: (1) Respiratory infections or systemic inflammatory diseases within the past 3 months. (2) Smoking history of >5 pack-years. (3) History of occupational exposure to dust/chemical substances.
