Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.diagnosed CTD-ILD/IPAF; 2.Standardized treatment >= 6 months, complete clinical data; 3.Exemptions from informed consent; 4.Age >= 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.lung transplantation, lung surgery before standardized treatment; 2.Combined lung cancer, severe cardiovascular disease;
