Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=10 years and =10° with unknown etiology; (3) Ability to communicate and follow instructions; (4) Understanding of the treatment protocol and provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Scoliosis caused by a known etiology, such as neuromuscular disorders, congenital diseases, or specific syndromes; (2) Neurological dysfunction resulting from a brain tumor or a history of brain tumor treatment; (3) Presence of developmental or cognitive disorders; (4) Severe respiratory diseases (e.g., moderate to severe asthma, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis) or other chronic conditions affecting pulmonary function, or a recent (within the past 4 weeks) respiratory infection; (5) Hearing impairment; (6) Thoracic deformities (e.g., pectus excavatum, pectus carinatum); (7) History of surgery involving the chest, abdomen, spine, pelvis, or lower limbs, or plans to undergo surgery in these regions during the study period; (8) Inability to cooperate with the evaluators.
