18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Adult subjects who voluntarily sign a written informed consent form approved by the ethics committee before any study procedures begin, agreeing to participate in this study; 3. Subjects who are able to understand and comply with the protocol requirements and agree to attend all study visits; 4. Current Helicobacter pylori infection, indicated by a positive C13 or C14 urea breath test; 5. Patients willing to undergo endoscopy at the center, have gastric tissue tested for H. pylori isolation and antibiotic susceptibility testing, and receive eradication therapy with antibiotics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age outside the range of 18-75 years; 2. Unwilling or unsuitable to undergo gastroscopy (based on gastroscopy indications); 3. Unwilling to undergo gastric tissue sampling under gastroscopy and undergo Helicobacter pylori culture and drug susceptibility testing; 4. History of gastrectomy or incurable malignant tumors; 5. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or those with serious comorbidities; 6. Unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
