Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lahu ethnic individuals aged between 18 and 90 years (inclusive), with full capacity for civil conduct, who have resided in their native community for more than 20 years, and have no history of interethnic marriage within three generations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include pregnancy, a prior history of major diseases (including cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, rheumatic immune diseases, and psychiatric disorders), or unavailability of relevant clinical data/biospecimens, or inability to cooperate in completing the required questionnaires.
