Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and above, any gender; 2. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 3. Patients visiting outpatient, emergency, or inpatient services due to falls/soft tissue injuries/fractures; 4. Able to read, write, or listen and transcribe.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 60 years old; 2. PHQ-9 score >= 15; 3. Severe cognitive or consciousness impairment; 4. Severe mental disorders (such as depression, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); 5. Unable to effectively understand the content of the scale; 6. Terminal stage of cancer.
