60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time recipients of unilateral total hip or total knee arthroplasty; 2. Diagnosed with primary osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade III-IV) or osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ARCO stage III-IV); 3. Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >= 7; 4. Conscious, able to cooperate with assessments, and voluntarily provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental disorders or cognitive impairment; 2. Chronic use of sedative-hypnotic medications for > 3 months; 3. Preoperative ICU admission or emergency surgery; 4. Comorbid sleep apnea syndrome (STOP-Bang score = 3).
