The control group:Continuous inhalation of 50% oxygen and air mixture during the operation
The 50% nitrous oxide group:Continuous inhalation of 50% nitrous oxide and oxygen mixture during the operation
The 25% nitrous oxide group:Continuous inhalation of 25% nitrous oxide and oxygen mixture during the operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Gynecological patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy (with or without adnexectomy); 2.45-65 years old; 3.ASA: I~II; 4.Ability to understand and complete questionnaires independently;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with contraindications of nitrous oxide, such as otitis media?sinusitis?intestinal obstruction?acute upper respiratory tract infection?Vitamin B12 deficiency?severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. 2.Patients with drug abuse; 3.Combined with blood system diseases: moderate and severe anemia, megaloblastic anemia, etc; 4.Patients who refuse to participate in clinical studies; 5.Patients with severe mental illness;
