Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.With intermittent claudication and(/or) significant bilater al lower-extremity nerve entrapment symptoms and im aging consistent with a diagnosis of degenerative single segment lumbar spinal stenosis; 2. Conservative treatment for more than 3 months without remission of symptoms or recurrence; 3. Age>=18 years, signed informed consent and received reg ular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Imaging suggested the presence of multi-segment lum bar spinal stenosis or intervertebral foraminal stenosis. 2.Preoperative examination had clear contraindications to surgery; 3.Those with obvious spinal instability such as lumbar spine slippage and scoliosis or other factors affecting surgery and follow-up.
