18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. On CT lung-window images (window width 1300, window location -700), lesions exhibit clear peripheral margins with diameters ranging from 0.5 cm to 5 cm inclusive; 2. No other thoracic pathology or lymph node abnormalities; 3. High image signal-to-noise ratio with satisfactory CT-PET image registration; 4. Lesions not in close proximity to the liver or cardiac mediastinal blood pool to avoid compromising VOI delineation; 5. Definitive diagnosis of pulmonary adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathological findings from surgical specimen within one month post-examination; 6. No prior history of malignancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients for whom pathological results cannot be obtained; 2. Patients exhibiting poor respiratory cooperation resulting in blurred images; 3. History of any other malignant tumours within the past five years; 4. Known allergy to the injection solution or its excipients; 5. Inability to lie flat or remain still during the PET scan, or intolerance to the PET scan; 6. History of fractures or anaemia within the past year; 7. Patients who do not meet other safety requirements for PET/CT examinations.
