20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No history of living in high-altitude areas (elevation >=2500m); 2.Do not take rhodiola or any medication that affects blood oxygen saturation within one month before going to the plateau; 3.Healthy individuals aged between 20 and 55, regardless of gender; 4.Plan to fly into a plateau environment; 5.The subjects provide written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Has had or is currently experiencing cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, diabetes, and atherosclerosis; 2.Currently experiencing upper respiratory tract infection and pneumonia, and has had or is experiencing other respiratory system diseases such as asthma or bronchiectasis; 3.Have had or are currently experiencing kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, or other systemic conditions; 4.Experiencing conjunctivitis, and has had or is experiencing retinal disease, uveitis, amblyopia, glaucoma, and other eye diseases;
