Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Eligible for inclusion in the study population: Students enrolled in the original cohort, fifth grade and eighth grade (ages 9–15); 2.No allergy to mydriatics or topical anesthetics; 3.All guardians are able to understand and personally sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of eye disease may affect the study results. 2.Individuals who have used or are currently using myopia control measures such as atropine eye drops, contact lenses, or myopia control lenses; 3.Suffering from a severe systemic disease that may affect the examination, or where any examination required for participation in the study poses a risk to physical health. 4.Intolerance to lidocaine or topical anesthetics, or a history of allergy to such medications; 5.unable to sign an informed consent form;
