65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 65-90 years old; (2) BMI 18.5 ~ 28kg/m^2; (3) Have a history of hypertension, hypertension grade 1-2, low risk. Moderate risk, regular medication until the morning before surgery, ASA? to ? grade; (4) Patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing radical surgery; (5) Understand and agree with the anesthesia and research protocol: (6) actively cooperate with the data collection and postoperative follow-up during this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)allergic to the drugs used in the study; (2) People with unclear consciousness or cognitive dysfunction; (3) Patients with difficult airway; (4) History of severe cardiopulmonary renal dysfunction, blood system and endocrine diseases: (5) smoking patients (smoking for 6 consecutive months before surgery and more than 5 cigarettes/day); (6) Alcoholism, long-term use of analgesic drugs, etc.
