Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the traumatic brain injury group: 1. Patients with traumatic brain injury who were previously admitted to our hospital and have completed PET/MR examinations; 2. aged 18 to 80 years; 3. with a minimum GCS score of 3 to 12 on the day of onset; 4. PET/MR examinations were conducted within 28 days of onset; 5. received hyperbaric oxygen therapy and multi-sensory stimulation for more than one month after discharge. 2.Inclusion criteria for the healthy population group: 1. Age ranging from 18 to 80 years old; 2. Informed consent and willingness to cooperate with the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for the traumatic brain injury group: 1. Death during hospitalization; 2. Refusal to participate in this study; 3. History of malignant tumors; 4. History of previous neuropsychiatric diseases; 5. Unqualified PET/MR imaging data. 2.Exclusion criteria for the healthy population group: 1. Previous history of neurological diseases; 2. Presence of claustrophobia.
