Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 : The inclusion criteria of subjects with aphasia after stroke ( 1 ) In line with the diagnostic points of ' stroke ' in the ' Chinese Clinical Management Guidelines for Cerebrovascular Diseases-Clinical Management of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases ', and confirmed by brain CT or MRI examination, it belongs to the left cerebral hemisphere cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, and is the first stroke ; ( 2 ) First stroke, course of disease > 2 weeks ; ( 3 ) 18 2 weeks ; ( 3 ) To match the gender, age and years of education of the above-mentioned post-stroke aphasia subjects ; ( 4 ) caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the left cerebral hemisphere, the Western Aphasia Battery ( WAB ) was evaluated as no aphasia, that is, Aphasia Quotient ( AQ ) >= 93.8 ; ( 5 ) Right handedness ; ( 6 ) Voluntary signed informed consent, can understand and cooperate with the subject of rehabilitation assessment and inspection. 3 : Healthy subjects who matched the gender, age, and years of education of the above-mentioned post-stroke aphasia subjects, and voluntarily signed informed consent to understand and cooperate with the rehabilitation assessment and examination of this subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 : Exclusion criteria for subjects with aphasia after stroke ( 1 ) Aphasia caused by other diseases such as brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases ; ( 2 ) Speech disorders and cognitive disorders caused by peripheral organs such as dysarthria cannot cooperate with language function tests ; ( 3 ) Aphasia patients with severe auditory or visual dysfunction ; ( 4 ) Patients with severe complications after stroke, such as severe pulmonary infection, shoulder-hand syndrome ; ( 5 ) patients with severe heart disease, heart, liver and kidney failure, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding ; ( 6 ) Patients with a history of epilepsy ; ( 7 ) Nuclear magnetic contraindications ( such as metal dentures, metal implants, etc. ). 2 : Exclusion criteria for non-aphasia subjects after stroke ( 1 ) Aphasia caused by other diseases such as brain tumors, brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases ; ( 2 ) Speech disorders and cognitive disorders caused by peripheral organs such as dysarthria cannot cooperate with language function tests ; ( 3 ) Aphasia patients with severe auditory or visual dysfunction ; ( 4 ) Patients with severe complications after stroke, such as severe pulmonary infection, shoulder-hand syndrome ; ( 5 ) patients with severe heart disease, heart, liver and kidney failure, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding ; ( 6 ) Patients with a history of epilepsy ; ( 7 ) Nuclear magnetic contraindications ( such as metal dentures, metal implants, etc. ). 3 : Nuclear magnetic contraindications ( such as metal dentures, metal implants, etc. )
