Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Symptomatic polycystic liver disease (PLD) was diagnosed by imaging (ultrasound, CT or MRI), and the diagnostic criteria were that the number of liver cysts exceeded 20; 3.Received split liver transplantation (SLT) at our Center from May 2020 to August 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who undergo whole liver transplantation or other types of liver transplantation, such as living donor liver transplantation; 2.Patients with incomplete medical records who could not be effectively analyzed.
