Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the "Guidelines for the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Age-Related Macular Degeneration in China (2023)", patients diagnosed with wet age-related macular degeneration by combining OCT, OCTA, FFA, ICGA and other ophthalmological examinations; 2. Accept the standard "3+PRN" anti-VEGF treatment regimen and be willing to cooperate with follow-up; 3. Patients should not have received any history of anti-VEGF drug injection, intraocular laser treatment or intraocular surgery within 3 months before baseline; 4. Obtain informed consent from the patient and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of other diseases that affect visual function or fundus imaging, such as macular edema, macular schisis, macular hole, glaucoma, ischemic optic neuropathy, corneal lesions, ocular trauma, etc. 2. Eyes with two or more coexisting macular degeneration; 3. Turbidity of the refractive media, excessive macular hemorrhage, severe atrophy of the retinal area, etc. affect the quality of SS-OCTA images, making them difficult to analyze; 4. Taking drugs known to cause retinal toxicity, such as hydroxychloroquine, or having a special past history or personal history of radiation exposure; 5. Failure to complete follow-up observations resulted in incomplete relevant data.
