Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) by histopathology and immunohistochemistry; 2. Newly diagnosed patients with TP53 mutation or deletion confirmed by genetic testing; 3. Expected survival time > 6 months; 4. Obtained informed consent from the patient or their authorized relative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, such as serum creatinine exceeding twice the normal upper limit, or transaminase exceeding three times the normal upper limit. 2. Allergic to any component of selinexor or any drug in the R-DA-EPOCH regimen. 3. Have severe heart diseases, such as NYHA cardiac function classification at grade III - IV. 4. Patients who cannot tolerate chemotherapy, such as an ECOG performance status score greater than 2 points.
