Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Elderly illiterate, visually and hearing impaired need to have caregivers, and caregivers are to cooperate with the study; 3. The subject or long-term caregiver has a certain understanding ability, and has the ability to identify, read; 4. The or long-term caregiver has a smartphone and can use the APP or small program function; 5.Conscious, sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction, severe illness, moderate to severe cognitive impairment; 2. severe dependence on activities of daily living.
