18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ??Age between 18 and 60 years? 2. ??BMI >= 32.5 kg/m^2 or BMI >= 30 kg/m^2 with at least one obesity-related comorbidity (e.g., type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc.)? 3.??Voluntarily sign an informed consent form? 4.DJBL retained for more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of other weight-loss interventions (including bariatric surgery and weight-loss medications) during the follow-up period. 2.Patients with severe psychiatric disorders. 3.Failure to adhere to follow-up requirements. 4.DJBL removed before 3 months of placement
