Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years, with TED diagnosed per Bartley criteria; 2. No history of corticosteroid pulse therapy, immunosuppressive/biological agents, or orbital decompression surgery in the past 3 months; 3. No prior ocular radiation therapy; 4. Clinical Activity Score (CAS) < 3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. TED with dominant compressive optic neuropathy; 2. Other intraocular diseases (uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma) or prior intraocular surgery; 3. Corneal opacities interfering with iris imaging (e.g., corneal clouding, arcus senilis, scars, pterygium); 4. Poorly controlled hypertension/diabetes (known to affect intraocular blood flow).
