Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic HBV infected patients group : HBV DNA positive before treatment, HBsAg positive for more than 6 months, HBe /-, Anti-HBe /-, Anti-HBc positive, and received nucleoside analogs/pegylated interferon antiviral therapy. 2.HBsAg loss group: HBsAg positive for more than 6 months HBV DNA positive, received/not received antiviral therapy, nowBsAg negative, HBsAb positive/negative. 3.Healthy control group: HBsAg negative, Anti-HBs positive, HBVDNA negative and ALT <=40 IUL; 4.Liver tissue group: liver tissue samples from patients admitted to the Department of Infectious Diseases of our hospital, including liver biopsy samples patients with HBV infection/healthy non-HBV infection individuals, liver tissue samples from patients with HBV and HCC, and liver tissue samples from healthy individuals who underwent liversection for other reasons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All patients were excluded from other hepatitis viruses (hepatitis A, hepatitis C, hepatitis D, hepatitis E), HIV or other bacterial, fungal and other infections, autoimmune, alcoholic, drug-induced, fatty liver and other factors causing liver damage were excluded, and patients with other severe primary diseases of systems were also excluded.
